Structural Principles
The direct-flow T-type filter can be installed horizontally or vertically, but it should be noted that the direction of water flow should be consistent with the direction of the arrow on the casing. When installing vertically, the direction of water flow is required to be from top to bottom. The impurities are blocked, and the clean filtrate is discharged from the filter outlet. When cleaning is required, just take out the detachable filter cartridge and reload it after treatment. Therefore, it is easy to use and maintain.
There are three types of DC T-type filters: straight-through, positive baffle and reverse flow. The positive baffle DC T-type filter and the reverse-baffle DC T-type filter are in appearance, structure, size and function. Basically the same, the big difference is that the screen installation of the filter cartridge is different, the positive baffle screen is installed in the filter cartridge, and the reverse baffle screen is installed outside the filter cartridge. It is from the inside to the outside, and the reverse flow filter is generally from the outside to the inside. This kind of straight-through T-type filter is widely used in the pipeline of steam, air, water, oil and other media to protect the pipeline system. All kinds of equipment, such as water pumps, valves, etc., are protected from blockage and damage to the pipeline caused by rust, welding slag and other debris in the pipeline. This product has strong anti-fouling performance, convenient sewage discharge, large flow area, and small pressure loss. , simple structure, small size and so on.
